| 250 | g | castor sugar |
| 125 | g | brown sugar |
| 250 | g | milk |
| 200 | g | double cream |
| 200 | g | thickened cream |
| 1/2 | tbs | coffee essence |
| 1/2 | tbs | vanilla essence |
| 1 | pinch | salt |
| 1 | whole | egg yolk |
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Wait 4 - 8 hours while the mixtures cools in the fridge / freezer.
Toss into your ice cream machine and follow it’s instructions.
