A sauce rich with umami flavours which is great for stir frys.

2 | tbs | oyster sauce |
2 | tbs | shaoxing wine |
1/2 | tsp | chinese five spice |
1/2 | cup | beef stock |
2 | tsp | corn flour |
1 | tsp | Bonox |
For stir fry: chop up some ginger, garlic and chili to taste, and then add this sauce into the pan after the main ingredients have had time to cook. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
Feel free to substitute chicken or vegetable stock for the beef stock.
