A dressing for a Caesar salad. It’s also good for pretty much any salad.

4 | whole | anchovy fillets |
3 | cloves | garlic (finely diced) |
2 | whole | egg yolks |
1 | tbs | fresh lemon juice |
1 | tbs | red wine vinegar |
1 | tbs | worcestershire sauce |
1 | tsp | dijon mustard |
1/3 | cup | olive oil |
1 | tbs | brown sugar |
1/2 | tbs | salt |
1/2 | tbs | black pepper (ground) |
Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake till mixed.
