Vinaigrette Dressing

A simple and traditional French salad dressing.

Ingredients

1/2cupolive oil
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
2tbsdijon mustard
3clovesgarlic (finely diced)
1tbssugar
1/4tbssalt
1/4tbsblack pepper (ground)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake till mixed.
