Broccoli adds brightness and crunch, while the bacon adds saltiness and umami to this dish. Cranberries bring in some floral notes, and the walnuts round it all out with some nuttiness.

Lay out the bacon in an air fryer and blast at 200c for 10 minutes or until dried and crispy. Chop into small chunks when ready.
Finely dice the onion.
Cut the broccoli into small florettes.
Put the dijon mustard, mayonaise, and salt in the serving bowl. Combine well.
Toss in everything else. Combine well.
You may wish to add a splash of vinegar or lemon juice along with the mayonaise.
You may substitue raisons for the cranberries.
Sunflower seeds and pepitos might make a nice addition.
